As construction managers we provide leadership to the team on all matters related to construction from the commencement of the project through its completion. The Team includes the construction manager, owner, architect, engineers and contractors. We have the necessary skills to furnish efficient business administration and superintendence allowing the project to be completed in an expeditious and economical manner.

Details Design and Development is the American equivalent to the Geometra in Italy. A Geometra performs the combined functions of an architect, designer, site foreman and the engineer in charge of building. The Geometra is also the person who liaises with building authorities, public bodies and local councils and is expressly authorized to draw up the plans or renovate buildings. The Geometra is also a surveyor. A Geometra makes the drawings of the existing building, plans the alterations with the director of works, and negotiates with the building contractors, craftsmen and suppliers, deals with all of the legal paperwork, finances and secures building permits.

In short, the Geometra is the single source professional for coordination of a building or remodeling project.
