Details Design & Development

Details Design and Development was founded by Ms. Denise Powell in 1995 as a conceptual architectural and design firm. It has since broadened its services to include project and construction management as well as general contracting.

Ms. Powell received her education from the Cal State University in Long Beach California and has over 23 years of industry experience in design and construction with projects ranging in size of up to 20 million dollars.

James & Weaver Office Environments was founded in Youngstown Ohio over eighty-five years ago as a contract furnishings dealership. James & Weaver remained in the same family until it was purchased by Ms. Powell in November 2001. While the name and location remain the same James & Weaver has achieved a new level of quality, services and customer satisfaction.

Ms. Powell gathers around her a core group of dedicated and professional individuals whose combined industry-related experience represent well over a hundred years. This experience includes all facets of professional interior design as well as construction management, project management and general contracting.

Our team of seasoned professionals bring considerable skill and knowledge to every project we undertake. We attract and maintain some of the best talent available in our industry and have the expertise to deliver top-quality interior design services for jobs both big and small.

Although these firms operate independently, we cooperate on many projects as the combination of services allows a product and service offering which is unique in the industry.
